Pebo's Story

"My husband and I adopted the wire haired JRT Ricky (now called Pebo) from Angie and Joel, her wonderful fosters.

She is doing incredibly well, picking up hand signals in addition to verbal commands. So smart. She continues to defy her breed with her mellow attitude that is virtually bark free. Although she's very much a JRT when it comes to playing tug, chasing our retired Greyhounds in our yard and ripping all squeeky toys to shreds in moments. And our two Greyhounds, Blur and Gozer, cuddle with her regularly. In fact, when choosing between an occupied and free dog bed, Pebo will opt for the bed with the Hound already on it and snuggle in.
